Today I was reading The Final Call and there is an article in it about the extinction of species. We are destroying animals and plants.

The earth is given to us as a gift. We should take care of the things in our charge.

The UN did a comprehensive report on biodiversity and listen to what they found… (excerpt The Final Call)

Species loss is accelerating to a rate tens or hundreds times faster than in the past. More than half a million species on land “have insufficient habitat for long term survival” and are likely to go extinct, many within decades, unless their habitats are restored. The oceans are not any better off.
